Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted when a campaign has not started or when a significant platform-side technical issue occurs.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed campaigns or for ads rejected due to policy violations.

Refund requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after transaction verification.
